Why is Your Life the Way it is?

Through reading books and doing lots of personal development, seminars, courses etc, I have come to the conclusion that it is true that I have created the life I have. It is not other peoples' doing and I cannot look to blame other people if things don't go according to plan for me. I have to now take responsibility for my actions and especially my thoughts! I now understand that the thoughts I have about something do become real. So obviously I try hard to have 'good' and 'positive' thoughts most of the time! This has taken me a long time to understand, but now I am seeing the results of what I think within, manifesting into form without. Oh yes, once you become more aware of how you function as a human being and how you have to take responsibility for your actions and for what happens, then, you can start having the life you desire. So life becomes easy! Well if you keep practising this. I now understand that I held onto a lot of negative feelings about myself and others and this was making me unwell. I would have migraines regularly and like the majority of us, I would try to look outside of myself to see why I had this headache, and take quite strong pain killers. Of course there never was an answer when I looked outwith of myself. I also managed to end up on medication for an under active thyroid. Clever wasn't it? Once I educated myself as to why I had this condition; a lot of low self esteem; and had the courage to look inside and see I was holding onto a lot of negative feelings, I was finally able to let go and express those feelings. Once you understand how the universe works, it is easy to see why so many people develop illnesses later on in life. As our bodies are made up of energy, when something blocks the natural flow of energy around the body, like a negative feeling, this will throw the body out of balance. Think of an engine. It requires tuning regularly and an oil change to keep it running smoothly. Our bodies are exactly the same. It requires a regular balance, or tuning to keep it ticking over healthily. How do we do this? Well I have studied cranio-sacral therapy. This therapy works on balancing the natural rhythm of the body. It is done on an energetic level, is painless and non intrusive and extremely effective. Maybe it is something to consider? We do not realise how powerful we are as humans, and how much more we can do for ourselves if we would only take the time to spend a bit of time on ourselves as individuals. I have and am reaping the benefits now. I am healthy, have lots of energy, require less sleep and am happy within myself. Is this not what we are all looking for? You reap what you sow. Be careful what you wish for and keep the thoughts positive at all times! Thank you for reading.
